This cake was prepared by Herman & Darlene Smith, Clay's wife's parents. Much thanks to the Smith's for adding an extra touch of magic to an already wonderful day!!
Megan was Christened at Holy Trinity Catholic Church on September 3, 2000. I remembering holding her little head over the font as Father Mike baptised her...I had this great emotion rush over me...I was dedicating my child, this gift from God, back to God. She would forever be blessed.

The Christening gown that Megan wore, was also worn by her Daddy, Matt. It was also worn by all of Matt's syblings (6) and by Matt's mother's syblings (4) and some of their children. It is a priceless heirloom. I want all of our children to wear it on their Christening Day...however many children we have!?! The picture does not give justice to the gown...it's beautiful! |
