AUGUST 7, 2000 *** THE WEEK LONG BEACH FIESTA
In the picture below, Megan was 9 weeks old. That is Matt to the left of me drinking a beer and falling off of the bench. We do that alot at the beach! Every year, we build a beer mountain. What it is, is all of the family brings their cases of beer for the week and we all take our picture by the beer mountain. We are easily amused, especially during vacation. This year's beer mountain was really, can I say it "LAME". Because no one brought beer!!! What is beach week without beer. Okay, the beer mountain was replaced by several empty bottles of mudslide mix, yum!

This is one of my fav pics of Megan at the beach. She looks so content and laid back, which is not really her personality. She is usually very out-spoken and loud.
